The Board of Directors of CombinedX AB (publ) has, in accordance with Nasdaq’s recommendations for the First North Premier Growth Market, resolved to comply with the Swedish Corporate Governance Code. Chapter 7 of the Code sets out how the Board’s work shall be conducted with regard to committee work, and in accordance with this, the company has established a Remuneration Committee (RC), an Audit Committee (AC) and an Investment Committee (IC).
