Standardized digital workplace for Swedish healthcare
Inera is tasked to in increase the level of digitalization in welfare by providing regions and municipalities with digital infrastructure and architecture. Part of Inera's delivery is to provide the public health sector with a standardized client Inera uses our specialist company Anytrust to further develop and manage their e-client concept. Inera also uses our specialist company Netgain to automate orders and the invoicing of business-oriented services.

Automation of IT services and invoicing
Since 2013, Region Stockholm has worked with our specialist company Netgain do deliver and maintain a solution for order automation of workplace-related IT services. Netgain has developed and continuously managed an internal customer portal and digital service directory that allows the region's employees to order applications and workplace relates hardware which is then automatically invoiced to the various departments. The solution saves the region large amounts of time while at the same time increasing the level of services provided to the employees. For the deployment of applications and access rights the solution use technology provided by our specialist company Anytrust.

Since 2008, Region Skåne worked with our specialist company Netgain for order automation. The solution handles approximately 300,000 automated orders each year and saves the region large amounts of time and money while increasing the service for the employees.
