Are you ready for a rocket-fueled career beyond the ordinary? Combined Xcelerate is a trainee program for recent graduates in tech, business systems, AI, and business consulting.
The program combines hands-on work in real client assignments with targeted training in the consultant role, business acumen, and self-leadership — enabling you to make a difference for both clients and the environment and society at large. The trainee program is currently offered in Sweden, and all modules are conducted in Swedish.
About Combined Xcelerate
The trainee program runs for six months and is designed to rapidly build your consulting skills and business understanding. Our goal is to equip you with the tools you need to succeed in the consultant role and to help you build a strong network across company boundaries. This is achieved through a combination of monthly training sessions and, in between, work in client projects at the company where you are employed, supported by experienced colleagues and a mentor — true learning by doing.
